1. Dial 711 or 1-800-855-2883 to reach a Telebraille Relay Communications Assistant directly.
2. Notify the Communications Assistant that you are a Telebraille customer. Then simply follow instructions for Standard TTY Relay Calls.

You may wish to request Text Pacing. This feature allows you to control the speed at which you receive the Communication Assistant’s typing. Simply tell the Communication Assistant whether you would like text speed set at 10, 20, 30, 40, or 50 words per minute. The automated pacing feature will set transmission speed accordingly. Otherwise, you will receive the text in real time at 60 words per minute or faster.
