e911 Emergency Calling

Now you can make an emergency 911 call through AT&T Instant Message Relay. Your call information, including your registered location and your 10-digit telephone number, is automatically sent to the 911 emergency center.

It is vital that you keep your registered location updated because the 911 call center uses this information to find you.

This is an important new capability for relay callers. It means 911 responders will know where to find you and be able to send emergency services as quickly as possible.

To take advantage of e911 on AT&T Relay, you need to get your 10-digit phone number.
