Calling Assistant Instructions
Here’s how to send calling instructions before your call is connected:
- Click the “Instructions to CA” checkbox
- Type your instructions in the space provided
- Enter the phone number in the Number field
- Click “Connect”
This tells the CA what kind of call you want to make before the call is connected. For example, if you are calling your insurance company, you can use the Call Instructions to CA feature to provide your policy number. Or to let the CA know to skip the voice menu prompts and just get a real person on the line.
Direct and to the point! Up-front calling instructions just makes things easier for everyone.
