Send Up-Front Calling Instructions.
Let’s say you want the Communication Assistant (CA) to do something specific, like “Please leave this message” or “Please pick up my messages — my secret code is…” or “Please order a large pizza with pepperoni for delivery to… .” No problem. The CA is at your service! Just click “Instructions to CA” and enter your instructions, the number to call, and click Connect. The CA will do as you say. Learn more about CA instructions.

IP Relay is Not for e911 Calls
Currently, IP Relay does not recognize your physical location. So if you call 911 through this service, AT&T won’t be able to forward your location to emergency services. For your safety, please use your phone or TTY to call 911. IM users can register their physical location with AT&T to get a 10-digit number, which can be used to call emergency 911 services. AT&T is not liable for any damages for emergency calls placed through this service.
